Real Estate Appraiser Hampton Bays

Real Estate Appraiser Hampton Bays

If there's any village in the Hamptons of which George A. Hammer Jr is most familiar, it's Hampton Bays. This is where he calls home. Hammer, whose mission is to produce tax refunds to Long Island property owners who are overpaying, would be more than happy to assist as your real estate appraiser for your Hampton Bays property.

Ponquogue Bridge

A point of interest in Hampton Bays is the Ponquogue Bridge, measuring 2800’ long. The structure crosses over Shinnecock Bay, running north to south from Hampton Bays to the east end of the regionally famous Dune Road on a barrier island. Completed in 1986, the Ponquogue replaced a drawbridge made of wood that originated in the early 1930s. The remainder of the old bridge is used as a fishing pier. A beautiful spot for photography and spotting rare wildlife. If you want to get even better shots, maybe try autumn months and convert image to black and white.

Who knows what other treasures await in Hampton Bays?

Scenes from the movie Margot at the Wedding were filmed in Hampton Bays in 2007.
